Healthy Vegan Chocolate Mousse

I know I'm not the only sucker for a little somethin' sweet from time to time (ermm more like erry day) but i did get a little tired of the guilty feeling i got after eating a big ol' bowl of something hella chocolatey, so i decided to make a change and concoct something that was healthy that might taste somewhat as delicious as my fave dessert.
We  call me a chef and give me a white hat cos i feel like i've hit this cooking thing right on the head. Vega and healthy...i give you my take on the chocolate mousse!

Healthy Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Serves 4 (one on really hungry person)

Ingredients
Flesh of 2 Ripe Avocados
1/4 Cup of Cacao Powder (of cocoa powder)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Cup Coconut Cream (the thicker the better)
As many Fresh Berries as you like to serve.

Method:
Now this is as simple as put it all into a blender or nutri-bullet and give it a whiz!
Chuck it in the fridge for a couple of hours to cool and it is good-to-go!

um...you're welcome.

P.S feel free to eat it all in one go. Also feel free to take a photo and upload it with the hashtag #JessicaEmilyBakes and tag me in it (@im_jessica_emily)!
