Carly Rowena's Healthy Chocolate Brownie

I'll be the first to condone the consumption of brownies. heck, i've eaten my own body weight in the gooey delicious chocolatey stodge in my lifetime, but those years are now behind me and i can barely eat a cookie without feeling the strong pang on guilt.
I've recently been on the hunt for a 'healthy' brownie that doesn't taste like a cardboard box and i am very chuffed to share with you all what could be the best 'healthy' brownie out there.

I say 'healthy' in quotations because i may have tweaked the recipe...to add chocolate.
Do you blame me? It's chocolate! We all need chocolate, It's a life staple!

The recipe i found is from UK Fitness Blogger and Youtuber Carly Rowena, who i might add is a complete hottie with abs to die for. You can check her out here, and her brownie recipe here

This is my version.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 can of Red Kidney Beans,
1 1/2 cups of chopped pitted dates,
2 tbs of Coconut Oil,
2 Eggs,
3/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder,
1/4 cup of Honey,
2 tbs vanilla extract,
1 tbs Baking Powder
1 cup white chocolate,
1/4 cup of water

Recipe
1. Preheat your oven to 180’C
2. Line your tin with coconut oil (or bugger) and baking paper to stop from sticking (although there's an excuse to eat them all in one go!
3. Using a Nutri Bullet or blender mix together all of the ingredients then disperse into a bowl.
4. Add chocolate to the already blended bowl and mix together.
5. Pour into baking tray (or muffin trays if you like them round like me!) and bake for 20-30 mins.
6. Eat, enjoy, make more to share.
