Baggy Trousers

Hello! Happy Saturday! I hope you've all had a fantastic week. Mine's been so hectic that i've barely had time to blog, so i do apologize! Over the past few days i've been unwell with all kinds of sicknesses so it was nice to get out of the house this morning and dress up a little, in something comfy and a little cute. Wearing all black with the exception of these high waisted MinkPink pants. I am loving all variations of trousers at the moment, especially the baggy kind. Teamed with one of my staple winter items- the turtle neck made for just the right amount of warmth needed for a sunny winter day. I'm forecasting a plethora of turtle neck posts in the next few months!

Winter Monochromes

Just looking at this monochromatic combo makes me feel toasty. A perfect outfit for a Tassie winter day.

East Coast with Melissa x Vivienne Westwood

Good evening my loves! I hope you have all had a beautiful weekend. I have had such a busy past few weeks, could you tell by lack of blog posts? I'm so sorry!
I've had so many projects on the go lately (which will all be revealed to you soon enough) that i've almost literally been run off my feet. As a little surprise to celebrate these projects, Alistair took me to the east coast on Saturday. Exactly the relaxing weekend that i needed!
While discovering the small townships along the coast we came across the famous blow hole at Bicheno and i couldn't pass up a few outfit snaps. Things did get a little eventful as you'll be able to see in my vlog which should be up on my YouTube channel tomorrow (subscribe to get the update!) but i'll just say this... things got VERY wet.
I was so relieved to have these Vivienne Westwood Riding boots by Melissa Shoes with me on this trip. They are literally THE most comfortable shoes i own and my new favourites. To anyone looking to invest in a great pair of boots, i would definitely suggest these guys.
To dress them up a little i opted for my trusty disco pants, bright military style jacket and a hat, just in-case it rained.

Yesterday

Generally not one to pile on too much, even in winter. We all know i love my summer clothing after all. I've been appreciating basic clothing played up with some not-so-basic accessories. In this case- Big Sunglasses and Marc Jacobs handbag.
Styled up a striped tank & leather track pants, just enough to keep me from freezing,  & topped off with simple black heels and a bit of red lippy to give this outfit a touch of 'chic'.

Enjoy the rest of the week! xx
